How do I place an order?

There are two ways of order our products. You can buy our t-shirts through our online shop or make your order (normally for handmade projects) via email.

What are the payment options?

You can do the payment order via bank transfer or your PayPal account, and must be ronde within 24 hours.

Is delivery free?

Delivery can be free if your order is superior to a specific amount and geography. More information in the next question.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide.

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 pm EST (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Standard delivery: 4 euros
Free standard delivery: orders of 40 euros or more

EUROPE | 7-14 business days
Standard delivery: 10 euros
Free standard delivery: orders of 55 euros or more

INTERNATIONAL | 7-20 business days
Standard delivery: 16 euros
Free standard delivery: orders of 70 euros or more

How do i check my order status?

Once you have made your order, you will receive an email with information of your purchase and delivery time expectation. If you want to check your order status, log in or create an account in our web.

How do I cancel my order?

In case you want to cancel your order before it is delivered, you can inform us via email at shop@silvicious.com. In case your order is already sent, it won’t be possible to cancel, but you can check our return policy.

What's your return policy?

You can change your mind and return your order within ten (10) days following the reception of the product. If you decide to return your order, you will have to choose another product but we can not refund the purchase price. You will also have to face the expenses relating to the return shipment.

To return your order, you will have to send it by registered post to the address listed as the sender on your email package. The process will be effective as long as we have previously returned the product of your order in perfect condition. In case of Failure to return the products to us, we are entitled to collect the goods or the costs of recovery.

To return products, you will need the following information:

  1. A copy of your e-mail stating your Order Confirmation Number Operation Reference
  2. Proof of payment and the reason for return.

If you return the product by mail, please note that:

  1. Must be by certified Mail.
  2. We will not refund the purchase price, but you will be able to change it for other product.
  3. It must take the necessary precautions when packing and send it by mail so that the products are not damaged in transit;
  4. You must obtain and retain proof of mailing to the time you receive the exchange.

When will my package arrive?

Once you have made ​​the order payment and received the confirmation email, you will receive your order in 3-7 business days in Spain, 7-14 business days in the rest of Europe and in 7-20 days for deliveries out of Europe.
